10U, 12U & 14U Tier 2 Travel Teams
The Tier II AA program is a competitive program that offers an opportunity for players to play at a higher level of competition with similarly skilled players against other associations throughout Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. Our Tier II AA GHC teams play in the Little Caesars Amateur Hockey League. The league is tiered so teams are placed in a division based on the team’s skill level (determined by pre-season play-in games, coach requests and previous years team statistics). Divisions are formed within each tier based on geographical location of the team when possible.
Three promises of Hockey at the Garden
1. PROMISE OF FUN
The thrill of carrying the puck up the ice, the exhilaration of scoring their first goal or the camaraderie of skating with friends is possible due to the fun and encouraging environment youth hockey provides to try new things and grow as a person.
2. PROMISE OF GUIDANCE
Hockey is unique because a new player must start from the very basics of essentially learning to walk again. Our program has instructors that are able to teach the sometimes challenging skills of ice hockey in a fun, engaging manner.
3. PROMISE OF ACHIEVEMENT
You will be amazed at the progress your child will make in a short amount of time. Both you and your child will walk away from the rink each day, excited about all the new things that your young hockey player has started to learn on the ice.

"Hockey participation offers families value beyond making an individual a better player or even a better athlete. The game of hockey is a powerful platform for participants to build character, foster positive values and develop important life skills. These benefits are available to all players, desirable to every family and transcend the game."
