Learn to Perform introduces aspiring figure skaters to the excitement of performing with short group and solo programs. Instruction will focus on musicality, rhythm, and choreographic elements. Skaters will be placed in group or solo programs at the coaches’ discretion. Those interested in competing may have the opportunity to create programs suitable for Aspire or Learn to Skate competitions.
This class will end with a Christmas Show on 12/13 for skaters to perform their programs.
Fall 2026 Session:
10/2-12/11 - (No class on 10/9 or 11/27. 10/23 rescheduled for 10/25 at 10 am)
Fridays — 3:45 pm - 5:15 pm
Class Requirements:
All ages welcome!
This class is open to Basic 4 skaters and above, and for Basic 3 skaters with coaches permission. Hockey skaters are welcome to join!
We are a member of Learn to Skate USA, and all skaters must be registered with The Garden Skating Academy or another Learn to Skate or USFSA program ($30 yearly fee).
If signing more than one skater, please fill out a separate form for each skater.
