Program Highlights:
2 days per week (Tuesday and Thursday)
Small group training with multiple coaches
Structured development: compete → train → apply
On-ice skills + gameplay
Dryland training led by Todd Johnson, performance coach at the Renaissance Athletic Center
Consistent weekly groups for maximum development
Goalie specific instruction with goalie coach
Off ice education sessions (hockey IQ , injury prevention, nutrition)

August 4 & 6
Groups + Pricing:
Intermediate ($249/week) 2013-2015 | Travel and / or 4+ years playing experience
Daily Schedule:
Intermediate 8:00 Start → Warmup → Gameplay → Education → Dryland → Off-ice Skills → Ice → 1:40 Finish
Register for at least 4 or 6 weeks for best development and consistency
Group placement may be adjusted based on enrollment to ensure balanced groups and the best experience for all players
